3-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your CreditGM service agreement within three (3) business days of signing, for any reason, without penalty or obligation. To cancel within this window, notify us in writing at our contact page.
Monthly Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Cancellations received before your next billing date will stop future charges. There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees.
Specialty Plans
Pay Per Deletion fees are charged only upon verified removal of an item from a credit bureau. The Mortgage Ready Plan is billed monthly like our other plans, after services have been performed for that period. Please review your service agreement for specific terms.
